Terms of Use for AI Smart Chat and Bible AI Mobile Application

Welcome to AI Smart Chat and Bible AI ("App", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

• Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality or its servers.

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software used to provide the App.
• Use any automated system, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the App for any purpose without our prior consent.
• Engage in any activity that could harm minors or exploit them in any way.

The App and all of its content, features, and functionalities are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that:

10. Subscription & Payment

The App offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
